A project starts with a theoretical feasibility study where we map the basic conditions, requirements and requests. Opportunities and challenges are assessed to create an understanding of the complexity and economic value of the project.
Phase 1. Prototype agreement.
Design and construction of prototypes. Testing under development conditions, measurement of performance and capacity. Decision on further development.
Phase 2. Development agreement.
Here the aim is to industrialize the product according to the customer’s technical and commercial specification. Technical optimization and production adaptation lead to design freeze.
Phase 3. Supply agreement.
Production start with delivery of components, software and know-how.
